Having Graduated from Guy’s Hospital, London in 2000, I am a dentist with Special Interests in Implant Dentistry and Advanced Restorative Procedures.
I began my Implant journey in 2003 and have subsequently attended extensive Higher Education across the United Kingdom, Europe and North America from the world leaders in Implant Dentistry.
I have been awarded the highly regarded Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons, London and have followed this by successfully gaining a Masters in Clinical Dentistry from Kings College London in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics with distinction. This is my commitment to myself and my patients to ensure I can provide the broadest range of treatments available for maximum patient success.
I am a committed Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) –a past Study Club Director and Study Club Area Co-Ordinator for the UK and Ireland and remain a clinical mentor for this Worldwide Organisation.
I regularly hold educational courses, lecture nationwide and in Europe on a variety of topics at different educational levels, with a particular interest in Aesthetic Implant Dentistry. As well as educating others I am regularly asked to write up cases for Straumann and Botiss Worldwide Implant companies to demonstrate successful patient outcomes.
I accept referrals from colleagues for a variety of complicated clinical situations at both my Cirencester and Stow-on-the-Wold dental practices.
As well as being a fellow of the ITI (one of only 48 in the whole of UK and Ireland), I am also a member of the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI) and the Royal College of Surgeons (RCS). My commitment to Cosmetic / Aesthetic Dentistry maintains my Full Membership of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD).

Having graduated from Newcastle University in 2006 with a clinical distinction and an additional award for composites, Gavin spent 8 years in initially NHS and then fully private practice in London. In 2014, Gavin and his wife Kirsty decided to relocate to the Cotswolds, and he has been working at both Cirencester and Stow-on-the-Wold Dental Practices ever since.
Gavin has invested heavily in further post graduate education to deliver more complex techniques to achieve the best possible long term outcomes for his patients.
He has a specialised interest in dental implants and all aspects of complex restorative dentistry, and has developed extensively over the last 15 years – gaining lots of experience and clinical expertise in this highly demanding and complex field.
Gavin takes a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to treating his patients using the latest digital techniques.
He has a calm and sympathetic manner, and works very well with nervous patients. For very phobic patients who struggle with dental visits, Gavin works very regularly with our in-house Sedationist.
In addition to treating patients, Gavin is involved in delivering further education and training for other dentists to improve their knowledge and clinical skills in implants, surgery and restorative dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, Gavin has a keen interest in travel, sport and food. In a former life, he was a regular snowboarder, cycled Lands End to John O’Groats, ran a sub-4 hour marathon and enjoyed travelling the world. However, Gavin and his wife’s time is now spent mostly juggling family life with 4 young children and a dog.
Having graduated from Kings College London, Mark worked in practice in Kent before relocating to Gloucestershire in 2015 to join our team at both Cirencester and Stow-on-the-Wold Dental Practices.
Mark has a keen interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry and is a firm believer in taking a holistic, preventative and patient-centred approach to dental care. He is highly motivated to use the most modern techniques in order to help patients to achieve and maintain healthy mouths as well as to help those that never thought they could have a beautiful smile.
Since graduating, Mark has completed a postgraduate diploma in Primary Dental Care with a primary focus in Periodontology (gum disease) and Endodontics (Root Canal Treatment).
Mark has completed the MSc Implantology Programme at University of Bristol and is now a member of the International Team for Implantology and has gained significant experience in single and multiple implant cases with a variety of grafting needs. He has extensive experience of using Digital Workflow for implant-based and tooth-borne restorations and fixed and removable orthodontic systems.
He has a special interest in Orthodontics and is trained and experienced with a range of fixed and removeable clear orthodontic systems – recently Mark has been asked to contribute as a key opinion leader for the Clear Correct Aligner system. He enjoys combining these with tooth whitening techniques to give patients the straighter, whiter smile that they seek.
Having trained in facial aesthetics, Mark enjoys helping patients enhance their complexion by reducing wrinkles and unsightly lines, or gaining volume which has been lost as part of the natural process of aging. He continues to attend courses from highly regarded clinicians on all aspects of dentistry in order to expand his knowledge.
Away from the practice, Mark is a keen cricketer who plays for local club side Poulton CC.
Joao is from Portugal and qualified in Dentistry from the University of Porto (ISCS-N) in 2012 working in a private practice for 2 years. He moved to the UK in 2014 and has worked in the Cotswolds area since then as a General Dentist with a special interest in Implantology, Minimally Invasive Cosmetic Dentistry and dentally anxious patients.
During this time, he completed his master’s degree in Implantology at the University of Bristol in 2019 and is an Ambassador of the Young International Team for Implantology (ITI) and Co-director of the Cirencester ITI Study Club.
Joao has a gentle manner, which works especially well for dental-phobic patients, and always endeavours to achieve the best level of care and outcome for his patients. This has led him on to continue his studies with a Post-graduate Certificate in Dental Sedation and Pain Management from University College London (Eastman Dental Institute), thereby allowing him to safely provide intravenous sedation. He is also a member of the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD).
Having a keen focus on dental education, Joao finds that his commitment to professional development allows him to provide the highest standards of care as he stays attuned with the latest dental developments available.
Away from work Joao loves his long countryside walks with his wife and his beautiful golden retriever (Rajah). He is also a FC Porto afficianado and a keen runner.
Alex qualified as a dentist from King’s College London in 2015, soon after he went on to undertake vocational training with the Oxford Dental Deanery. Following this, he worked at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital in order to hone his surgical skills whilst working as a member of the Maxillofacial Department.
Alex has worked across NHS and Private practices within Gloucestershire. His caring nature means he enjoys helping nervous patients feel comfortable and motivating people to make positive changes. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry – restorative dentistry, aesthetic dentistry including tooth whitening, veneers, crowns, bridgework and restoring dental implants.
Being an active member of Gloucester Independent Dentists, Alex regularly attends study days to keep up to date with the latest advances within dentistry.
Gareth is a local to the Cirencester area and, having worked for a Private/NHS practice for the previous 7 years where he enjoyed the largest patient portfolio of the practice, has a wealth of experience in General Dentistry.
Having graduated from Leeds University & Dental Institute in 2014, he has always sought to further his dental knowledge and training, including achieving a Silver in The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh Clinical Skills Competition and completing Part 1 Diploma of MJDF Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Gareth prides himself on offering the highest standard of service, care and compassion to his patients. He has a keen interest in all aspects of aesthetic dentistry including crowns, composites and teeth whitening and is experienced in complex restorative cases, surgical extractions and cosmetic treatment.
Away from work, Gareth has hung up his rugby boots but is still an avid supporter, skier and traveller.
Emma has been a dentist for nearly 25 years. She qualified in Newcastle and after staying up in the North East came down to Gloucestershire in 2011. She has worked in private practice for a long time and enjoys all aspects of dentistry – taking great pride in providing high quality family care. She has a relaxed and cheerful manner and aims to put the most nervous of patients at ease.
Emma keeps up to speed with all continual professional development and strives to improve her clinical skills and patient care.
Emma used to be a chartered physiotherapist working in different specialties, but mainly for a rugby club. Outside of work she has maintained her interest in watching rugby and also likes going to concerts with her children.
Dr Kyle Pang graduated with first-class honours from the University of Liverpool with distinctions in Oral Health and Restorative Dentistry, earning him the prestigious Walter Thomas Prize.
Born and raised in Lancaster he has worked around the country from the picturesque setting of the Lake District to the busy city of London. It is his objective to keep up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and has completed multiple post-graduate courses in restorative techniques, clear aligner therapy and composite bonding.
He takes pride in helping anxious patients overcome their fear of the dentist and in helping people who feel self-conscious about their teeth, achieve a smile that makes them feel confident and happy.
Outside of work, Kyle is an avid sports fan and tennis fanatic, regularly taking pride in besting his brother. He also loves travelling with his most recent visit being to Borneo.
Adrian qualified form the University of Birmingham in 1997. After working for a year back home in Lancashire he returned to Birmingham, working at the dental hospital and in general practice to gain experience within the different fields of restorative dentistry for two years. After a short period of working in Shropshire, he relocated to Gloucestershire and has worked in private practice since 2005.
His post graduate education includes the MFDS in 2001, the Certificate in Oral Implantology and Prosthodontics from the Oxford Society of Implantology in 2009 and a MSc (Merit) in Endodontology from the University of Chester in 2020.
Having worked within a few multidisciplinary specialist practices, he has experience in complex planning, coordination, collaboration and provision of specialist treatments. This includes, when necessary, treating dentally anxious patients with IV sedation in conjunction with a visiting dental sedationist.
Adrian is a dentist with a special interest in Endodontics having accepted referrals for Endodontic treatment since 2007. He can undertake all aspects of root canal treatment, re-treatment and surgical endodontic procedures upon assessment.
When not enjoying dentistry, Adrian can usually be found outdoors enjoying family life in the Cotswolds. In particular running or mountain biking or on the touch lines watching his boys play rugby. He’s also a pretty handy guy to have in the kitchen.
Anne-Marie gained her Diploma in Dental Hygiene from Bristol School of Oral and Dental Sciences in 2012, having previously qualified as a Dental Nurse in 1998.
She demonstrates a high level of patient care and exemplary standards of clinical experience, having worked at other practices in the local area for 27 years prior to joining our Clinical Team in 2022.
Anne-Marie continues to enjoy broadening her dental knowledge with continued professional development.
Natalie is a Dental Therapist; within this role she is qualified to perform all Hygiene treatment in addition to carrying out fillings and any treatments on children’s baby teeth.
She graduated from University of Portsmouth Dental Academy in 2015 with Honours, and was awarded the Dame Margaret Seward Award for ‘Dental Hygiene and Therapy Student of the Year’.
Following her graduation, she has carried out further training including Maintenance of Dental Implants and further education in the management of Gum Disease and Tooth Whitening.
Natalie is a keen baker and volunteers as a Dementia friend. She is also currently learning British Sign Language on-line.
Emma joined Cirencester Dental Practice in January 2014 as a Trainee Dental Nurse and qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2016 following completion of her course with Cotswold Dental Training.
She has a keen interest in implants and surgical procedures, and has assisted at several Straumann Courses and ITI Study Club evenings. As Head Nurse to Dr Ross Cutts at Cirencester and Stow-on-the-Wold Dental Practices, she has over 7 years’ experience in complex surgical and implant procedures including sinus procedures and bone grafting.
Emma is now an ITI Dental Nurse Ambassador. She gained her Radiography Badge in 2019 and continues to further her dental knowledge with continued professional development.
Having started work at Stow-on-the-Wold Dental Practice in August 2015, Teresa passed her Dental Nurse Training programme with Cotswold Dental Training in February 2017.
Teresa spent her early working life in a pharmaceutical and dental environment, but put her career on hold to raise her children.
Since returning to the work place, Teresa enjoys spending her time between both Cirencester and Stow-on-the-Wold Dental Practices and looks forward to continuing her professional development. She has successfully completed the SAAD (Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry) National Course for Dental Nurses.
Hannah grew up and was educated locally in Wiltshire/Gloucestershire. She joined our team in 2021 and has since enrolled in a National Diploma in Dental Nursing in which she is enjoying the challenge of learning new skills.
She has previous experience in customer service, retail and food preparation and is enthusiastic with a positive approach to work and education.
Rebecca is local to the Gloucestershire area and, prior to joining us in 2021 and enrolling in a National Diploma in Dental Nursing Course, has worked in a variety of retail, veterinary and customer service environments.
She is organised, hardworking and enjoys meeting new people and learning new skills.
Ellie joined us as a Trainee having hoped to move into the Healthcare sector are taking her GCSEs at a local secondary school.
She achieved her National Diploma in Dental Nursing in July 2024 and is now looking forward to furthering her dental knowledge with continued professional development.
Chae is currently enrolled in a National Diploma in Dental Nursing Course and enjoys working as part of a patient-focused team.
Having studied Media Make-up at Swindon College she spent several years working in the make-up industry and as a Housekeeper before joining us at Cirencester.
Bethanie is currently enrolled in a National Diploma in Dental Nursing Course having finished her studies locally at Cirencester College.
Before joining the team at Stow-on-the-Wold Dental Practice, she had experience working in farming, equine and care home settings.
Florence is local to both our practices at Cirencester and Stow-on-the-Wold and is currently enrolled in a National Diploma in Dental Nursing Course.
She has a background in Business Administration and Hospitality and is now really enjoying a move full-time into Dentistry.
Emma is currently enrolled in a National Diploma in Dental Nursing Course following acquiring a VTCT hairdressing qualification in Hampshire.
She prides herself on being hardworking and ambitious, and before joining our Cirencester team recently worked in a respected local Racing Yard. Out of work she continues to be a keen rider.
Olivia is currently enrolled in a National Diploma in Dental Nursing Course and enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
Before joining the practice, she has worked locally for several years in customer-facing, front of house roles.
Aimee is currently enrolled in a National Diploma in Dental Nursing Course having previously studied locally at Cirencester College.
She has spent time nannying in Australia and worked in the hospitality industry, helping to train new staff and develop their customer service skills.
Brigitta joins us having worked for 3 years as a Dental Receptionist at another practice in the area and so is a great asset to our team with her local knowledge and caring and professional manner.
Having moved from Romania to the UK in 2018, Brigitta also has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in European public policies from University of Oradea.
Gaynor started her training in 1969 as a Dental Nurse and is still GDC registered.
Prior to relocating to Gloucestershire in 2010, she worked at a private practice in Kent for 18 years; first as a Senior Receptionist; and then as Practice Manager.
Gaynor is Practice Manager of both Cirencester and Stow-on-the-Wold Dental Practices and continues to further her dental knowledge with continual professional development.
Zoe has been with the practice since it’s opening in January 2010 and is local to the area. Prior to joining us she has had 17 years of experience in a variety of PA, administrative, event and marketing management rolls, including 7 years as a Director of a local polo club and 5 years in the Marketing Department at Dyson.
Away from work Zoe enjoys a busy home life with her son Jack and trying to squeeze in the occasional bike ride or gym class.
