Full Clinical Consultation

We offer a Full Clinical Consultation for Dental Implants which includes a comprehensive oral examination, and results in production of a fully-costed individual plan for your treatment with all of the associated costs and a full treatment letter outlining the whole procedure.

It is also useful to discuss with your Implant Dentist any social engagements, travel plans, work commitments or budgetary considerations that you may like to have factored into the phasing of your treatment at this stage too.

If you have not already visited the Practice  you will be requested to complete a medical history form at this appointment, so please download here should you wish to complete it at home and bring it with you to your appointment.

The discussion will help you consider the options for treating your dental problems and decide whether to proceed to a full Clinical Consultation for Implants.
