- To explain how to thoroughly screen and assess patients presenting with periodontal disease
- To plan periodontal cases based on history, investigations, diagnosis and prognosis
- To discuss prognosis of teeth and treatment plan one case provided
- To discuss pills and potions related to periodontics
- Be able to assess and diagnose patients with periodontal disease
- Be able to be confident in determining prognosis of teeth
- Be able to determine what adjunctive medications are available in periodontics
