Replacing failing upper teeth with a fixed implant bridge

This patient's upper teeth were failing and an immediate denture was in use. The failing teeth were removed and the gums allowed to heal, then implants were placed on both sides of the upper jaw. A temporary bridge helped shape the gum. Digital iTero scans and models were used to make the final bridge, which was cemented onto abutments, the connectors that sit on the implants. The photos run to a two-week review.
