Replacing failing teeth with a removable implant bridge
This patient's teeth were failing. They were removed in stages, and a temporary denture was fitted straight after the extractions. Implants were then placed and the sites stitched closed. Once the gum had healed, SynCone abutments were fitted to the implants and a removable bridge was made to fit over them. The photos follow the case to the two-week review and the patient's smile.
