An upper implant overdenture with bone regeneration
This patient had no upper teeth. Implants were placed on both sides of the upper jaw, with guided bone regeneration, where graft material is used to build up the bone around them. Ten weeks later the site had healed, the implants were uncovered and overdenture abutments fitted. An upper implant overdenture was made, with a new lower denture to match. The final photos show the dentures together and the patient's smile.
