Dr Melanie Bennett

Mel graduated with Honours from the University of Central Lancashire and received an award for the best restorative case in her final year. She then settled in Gloucestershire, where she has been practicing ever since.

She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and particularly enjoys treating nervous patients and children – she is qualified to provide intravenous sedation and takes pride in offering a friendly and individualised approach to care.

In addition to general dentistry Mel is accredited to provide clear aligner treatment for straitening misaligned teeth, as well as having qualifications in the administration of Botox. She also offers consultations to patients who suffer from muscle pain or headaches due to clenching and grinding.

Prior to working in the dental world, Mel graduated from Cardiff University with a first-class degree in Pharmacy and spent a few years working as a pharmacist across a variety of community setting within in the South West. Outside of work she enjoys camping, gardening and travelling – she has a soft spot for a road trip in the mountains, or spending time on the Devonshire coast where she grew up.
