We book your patient in for an initial denture consultation as soon as possible: a comprehensive oral examination to discuss their options, which results in a fully costed, individual plan for their treatment.
We keep you informed throughout your patient's treatment with us.
Once treatment is complete, your patient returns to your care for their ongoing maintenance.
How to refer
Refer online through our encrypted referral form. You can attach radiographs.
Or download the referral form, tick Denture and the practice your patient would prefer, and send it to the address on the form. If you email it, please also post the original signed copy.
